During two days (6th&7th April 2010) we are holding extreme event for marketing and PR agencies in Serbia with catchy tagline.

To Be or Not to Be?

With limited seats and excellent price we aim for agencies that go into this direction and want to increase their offer.

Intern’s in!

We have an intern and she is super bright, intelligent and effective. Someone to think of online PR, social media conversation and generally challenge us on multiple fields.

Her name is Jelena Vukicevic and she is coming from Media Institute from Stockholm, Sweden.

Pareto principle – Internet

Ever heard of Pareto principle? Basically, it seems that 20% of anything produces 80%.

Think of clients? 20% of clients produce 80% of income. That’s it. More info on Wikipedia.

Looking at latest Internet statistics you can notice just that. Top 20 countries have almost 80% of total Internet users worldwide (76.4%).

Somehow, Serbia reached 3.3M Internet users somehow. We do not comprehend this value and would like to see the source, but we like it.

Importance of being relevant & competent with balls

In order to resolve situations with clients, suppliers and generally people you manage, basic thing is to be relevant & competent with balls.

There is always an option to be anal and stack full printed book of emails, invoices, project proposals, etc … before client/supplier/etc .. but you can also use different approach with loaded guns and lady Luck on your side.

Sometimes it is enough to finish the job or intention with few words and friendly melodrama.

Listen, it is just un-naturally cold with all those air-conditioners on, and we can’t stay long. Let’s cut the chase. Be a “man” and pay your dues and lets make profit.

When all the cards are at your disposal and you do honest job and especially have the keys to client server you can behave like this. Otherwise, keep your papers and attorney ready.
