Pareto principle – Internet

Ever heard of Pareto principle? Basically, it seems that 20% of anything produces 80%.
Think of clients? 20% of clients produce 80% of income. That’s it. More info on Wikipedia.
Looking at latest Internet statistics you can notice just that. Top 20 countries have almost 80% of total Internet users worldwide (76.4%).
Somehow, Serbia reached 3.3M Internet users somehow. We do not comprehend this value and would like to see the source, but we like it.
